Actually, I asked Joseph to write in 48TET for the following reasons.
1. I wanted to lead Joseph deeper into microtonal composition.
2. I do have all of 48TET worked out, but not yet in a releasable form.
Joseph and I are working on it together.)
3. 48 is a large enough number to have an enormous number of possibilities,
especially in a purely melodic context.

Joseph, you are wrong to presume that any and all tunings are doable on
woodwinds. In fact, they may even be more reliable on woodwinds. Any tuning
can be played on any instrument. only very few instruments are limited do to
their construction design.

Ooops, I mean you would be correct to presume that any and all tunings are
doable on woodwinds. Really, it's not hard.
