Besides the folks most people probably already know through this list,
there are a few other folks I've come across at MP3.com that are
interested in microtonality (alternate tunings) as well. One of those
is Jeff Harrington:

Lydia left me with an advance copy of her new album Virtual Gamelan. There
is some beautiful music on this... make sure you get a copy when it comes
