The anwer is so obvious that I wonder whether I understand your question.
Here's my answer, assuming you are taking about 6-string guitar:

Instead of tuning E A D G B E, tune C# F# B E G# C#.

yeah i dont know much about the guitar.....................thanks for the help, so to tune c#
