I came across this site during a Google search on the terms microtone,
microtonal, etc.
The software would appear to be the Windows equivalent of JiCalc and
might warrant trying when it is available again.

The URL is http://www.seriouscomposer.com/Tunings.htm. Much of the site
is devoted to music therapy by means of microtonal scales, an
interesting concept, needless to say.

The scales include such things as the square, fifth and 10th roots of
phi and the X-ray spectra of the chemical elements transposed to the
audio range. I'm not quite sure about the conversion formula used eV/s
are unusual units to describe frequencies or energies, but I digress.
Take a look.
