Moved the stretched octave files

Mario,

To keep the files section neat, I have moved your recent uploads to
your folder here:

/tuning/files/MarioPizarro/

As a friendly reminder to everyone, please upload your files into your
own personal folder, or else the whole thing will get pretty
cluttered. And since we only have 10 MB left, please try to keep
uploads small, no more than a few hundred KB max.
