Harry Partch and Scala

Greetings, all.

Looking for some assistance using Scala to get some of Partch's ji
scales in. For some reason, using the input command will put the 3/2
on the "G" for an equally tempered scale, but using a 13-tone ji
scale (p 101, _Genesis_) the 4/3 comes on the "G," while the 3/2 is
on the "A;" this seems strange to me as both the et and ji scales
claim the 7th scale degree is a 3/2.

I am using a yamaha an1x with Graham Breed's Midirelay.
