Vanishing commas

Don't know if anyone has used it, but I found a bug in the
EQUALTEMP/VANISH command in Scala, causing results to be missed.
So please upgrade if you'd like to use it:

And in the last lattice player upgrade I forgot to allow
nonrational values for the basis, that's fixed too.
