Scales to chromas

We can reverse the proceedure I've been following, and from a T[n] for
temperament T, get a TM-reduced chroma. Here's what the miracle MOS
give, for the 7 and the 11-limit:

10: 48/49, 44/45

11: 21/20, 21/20

21: 36/35, 33/32

31: 81/80, 81/80

41: 243/245, 99/100

72: 4374/4375, 3993/4000
