I'm still here and still plugging away with my program. Maybe after
some (happy) family business this weekend I can actually write up
what I've been doing. I have a working title

"In Search of a better MOStrap"

...although my level of rigor won't merit getting such a nice
pun, so I'm putting the title up for sale.

The original intention of my program was basically as stated
above, though now my procedure has turned into something a bit
different and kludgier than that simple precept...

For what its worth, each mode in "my method" can end up with
its own score. I stated looking at "best modes" and saw that
they were almost always part of the "best scales", and so didn't
spend much more time with it.

Theres been a lot of problems with the whole thing, but I've
learned a lot, and piled up a mountain of interesting scales, some
of which I think could be useful for my future music...
