I'd still like to cover

11) induced Tq* subspace norms on tvals and tempered tuning spaces
12) touch on Graham's composite.pdf stuff

but for now, I really need to take a break.

Please feel free to tweak things. I'll tell you right now it was a
bitch figuring out how to latex some of this up (is G a subscript, is
it a superscript, I dunno?), so go ahead and mess with things if you
can fix the formatting.
