The MOS series for abstract periodicity blocks

There is no choice of meantone generator which generates scales that
are in monotonic ascending order for BOTH the periodicity blocks
denoted by the val <7 11 16| and the val <3 5 8|. I'll call these two
blocks "MOS-incompatible" and note that

a) the mapping matrix generated by both of them exhibits torsion
b) the sum of these two vals is <10 16 24|, which is contorted
