This came up in a Google Books search. I may have mentioned it
before, but didn't give the link, so here it is:

It's by Fred Lerdahl. I've got a huge preview and maybe you will as
well. It looks interesting, but I'm not sure if *I'm* interested in
it ;-) It's about standard tonal theory using lattices of one kind of
another, including the Riemann Tonnetz which is our triangular
lattice. But Lerdahl doesn't like it :-(

Bought it on Amazon. It is also available on Kindle, for those who
own one. I think it was about $38.00 new, not too bad.
