Prime Errors and Complexities beta

I've updated my Prime Errors and Complexities paper at

http://x31eq.com/primerr.pdf

It says everything I want it to say now so I don't plan any more major revisions. I'll consider minor tweaks for the rest of the year of the pig. As soon as the year of the mouse arrives I'll call it finished, and only fix errors.

I'm following this policy to give people a stable document to reference, and also so that I can get it out of the way and move on to something else (maybe some music!)

I'm also planning a last minute trip to see my friends for the new year. So I don't know when I'll be available to respond to comments. But I can surely get online to receive your valuable input!

I just deposited another nickel in my bank account. I'm
paying myself for every time you say that. :)
