combine with Harmonic Entropy

HOWEVER, (and I forgot to mention this), I personally *do* believe
that the "Harmonic Entropy" list should be "nuked" (messages saved,
of course-- we'll have to ask Robert Walker) and any further posts on
that subject be presented on the "Tuning Math" list...
