OE reconstitution badness

I mentioned that the distance between the quasi-wedgie, reconsituted
from the OE part of the wedgie using least squares, and the actual
wedgie is a badness measure of sorts. Here are the top 25 of my old
114 7-limit temperaments, sorted according to the rms average value of
this difference. Some tendency to favor higher complexity may be
noted, but also curiosities such as orwell ranking higher than
miracle. In any event, it shows why serious problems won't arise doing
this, because the problems can only occur for crappy temperaments. Of
course for a better badness measure complexity should be worked in.
