You've probably seen this web-page:

Hahn lists here

http://library.wustl.edu/~manynote/consist2.txt

"those ETs which have a higher consistency level at some harmonic
limit than all lower-numbered ETs, and goes up to 10000TET". This
gives 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 12, 19, 22, 26, 29, 31, 41, 53, 58, 72, 80, 94,
118, 171, 270, 282, 306, 311, 342, 441, 494, 612, 665, 730, 1783,
1848, 2513, 3125, 3395, 4296, 5585, 6079, 6691, 8539. This seems like
a pretty good list, but it starts missing important ets beginning with
7. It could probably be fiddled with a little to prevent that.
