Looking for mathematical expertise/help to solve/clarify the Harrison bells specs.

I and others have continued worrying at the John Harrison bell making instructions, and need some advanced mathematical minds to assist us.

It looks as though we may have the opportunity to reproduce his instructions, yet before going any further, we need to have a better understanding of the maths of the specifications, and how to apply them to bell manufacturing.
