The nine memag scales

By "memag", I mean the 19-note Fokker blocks uaing 81/80 and 3125/3072
as commas. One of these, "memag.scl", is already known to the Scala
archives as "fokker-h.scl". This tells us "Fokker-H 5-limit per.bl.
synt.comma&small diesis, KNAW B71, 1968", which doesn't add much to
our knowledge.

This scale (the self-inverse one) along with eight others I've put in
a file:

/tuning-math/files/Gene/memag/

I was a little disappointed to find they don't compare very well to
the "byzantine" or dwarf scales as a way of getting a 5-limit scale
for marvel tempering.
