Marvel tetrad dilation scales

These have the same enumerative properities as breed dilation scales;
there are b(n) = 2n^2 + 2n + 1 notes, b(n-1) otonal tetrads, and b(n-2)
utonal tetrads. As with starling, but less dramatically, an r1
temperament suggests itself--in this case miracle.
