By these I mean scales of ball type, centered on holes of the lattice
where 9,5,7, and 11 generate an A4 sublattice. Here are scales
centered on [-2/5, 3/10, 3/10, 3/10]

This can be characterized as [3,5,7,11] union 3*[3,5,7,11].
