Stellhex and co

I took my list of 11-note scales with five tetrads, and found which
ones I could add a tetrad to and get a 12-note scale with six tetrads.
This led to 53 scales, with only one with the maximal smallest scale
step of 36/35. I was going to tell Carl to add it to his list, but it
turned out to be stellhex.

Aside from stellhex, there are thirteen scales with 49/48 as the
smallest step, 37 scales with 50/49 as the smallest step, one scale
with 64/63 as its smallest step, and one scale with 126/125 as its
smallest step. None seem to be permutation epimorphic.

Scales with 49/48 the smallest step are the ones which maximize
intervals and triads, so I think I'll do a listing of those.
