11-note 5-tetrad permutation epimorphic scales

Below I give two of these; another two once again have three minor and
two major tetrads. This time marvel does not net you an extra tetrad.

These are by no means the most regular in terms of largest/smallest
step size ratios, so I will give some non-epimorphic scales later.
