definitions: icon, val, tuning-map

hi Gene,

i was reading your "Regular Temperaments" page,
and made a graph illustrating the 5-limit meantone
example you use there.

i was going to use this graph in my "val" webpage,
but decided to create a new page for "icon" and put
it there.

however, i got lost in your work again and now
am not sure exactly what my graph is illustrating ...

an icon map?
a 2-tuple of vals?
a tuning map?
all three?

i'm not quite sure what should be in that "icon"
definition, so for right now i just copied your entire
"Regular Temperaments" essay there. please help me
to edit out what is not specific to "icon"

... and to create new definition pages for other terms
you use there, such as "tuning map"
