Why doesn't [1, 6/5, 5/4, 3/2, 9/5] qualify? I forgot your
conventions . . .

It does qualify--it is a transposed version of [1,6/5,4/3,8/5,5/3]. I
used that form because the Tenney height of 8/5 is less than that of
9/5, but your version is a more likely mode for it.
