Tuning Newsgroup?

I mentioned this list to somebody on CompuServe, and he asked if I knew of a
newsgroup (i.e., internet newsgroup) on unusual tunings. I told him that I
suspect that I would have heard it mentioned if so, but that I didn't really
know if there was one.

Anybody out there know of one?

Pardon me for addressing this directly to the list, but I can't find Carter
Scholz's address.

Carter:
While JI Calc is undergoing such changes, I thought that perhaps it would
be a good idea to add a function which calculates pitch-bend variations
from 12tet, from -8192 to +8191.
