I don't know 19 ET music from dutch composers. In choral music, Badings had
write (in 31-tet) :
Contrasten (Hendrik de Vries), cinq lieder pour choeur a cappella, 1952.

You could also look at :

That's why I am writing "Wyschnegradsky".
