Interval (periodical)

[This post didn't seem to make it the first time, so I'll try again.]

In the course of my various xenharmonic researches, I've come across numerous
bibliographic references to articles in Interval. I have been unsuccessful
thus far in locating this periodical. I am fairly certain that it is no longer
published. Can anyone offer information about obtaining back issues for this
publication?

John

You just beat me to it!

There is also a video called, get this:

Enclosure 1.
Four historic art films by Madeline Tourtelot with
music by Harry Partch.

includes:
Rotate the Body in All It's Planes (1961, 9:00)
Music Studio - Harry Partch (1958, 17:48)
U.S. Highball (1958, completed 1968, 24:18)
Windsong (1958, 17:38)
and a 12 page booklet with Harry Partch's own introductions.

I like Music Studio the best. Harry demo's the instruments.
Rotate is bizarre with a gymnastics display.

There's also a book called Enclosure 3. I haven't seen that yet.

See them performing Li Po on April 26, at the Knitting Factory,

Since the topic of microtonal CDs for Christmas came up, that reminded
me of an earlier conversation where somebody announced that a CDs of Harry
Partch's music had finally come out on CD. I reacted saying that I could
have sworn that I'd seen Partch music on CD before, but concluded that I
must have been mistaken.

Anyway, apparently I was not mistaken after all. When I visited my
parents over Thanksgiving, I saw a copy of a Partch CD I remembered giving
them. It turns out that I gave it to them in Christmas of '92, and 1989 is
the date on the CD release. It was on the CRI label, and its catalog
number apparently is CD-7000. It has The Bewitched, Castor & Pollux, The
Letter, Windsong, On the Seventh Day Petal Fell on Petaluma, and others.
