Hello, this is Tetsuji from Japan.
I am the person who asked "how to reproduce ethnic music scale on MIDI"
on
July.
I finally developed a program that enables micro-tuning of MIDI devices.
The program runs on Windows-98 environment and creates a SMF.
If you are interested in my program, please visit
http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~HB9T-KTD/music/muse.html
and down-loat the program.
There is another program that creates ethnic music automatically, also.

Thanks,
Tetsuji Katsuda
