Has anyone noticed that the ratio 63/50, prime limit 7, is extremely
close to the 12TET major third? I noticed that two of the ratios in
K&S's list were 6 cents above 12TET intervals, and the interval between
them is the fairly simple 63/50. Tuning three successive 63/50s up and
an octave down yields the extremely small interval 250047/250000 (prime
limit still 7).
