Ethan Weker,
In CSound, or any software synthesis environment, you can easily work
in any type of tuning by specifying frequency in hz (cps), and simply
forego the entire hassle of pitch names (i.e., n-cents sharper than G#).
I've worked in CSound (may the gods guard me from ever having to touch it
again....), and now I work in Smalltalk-80 using the Kyma system.
I always work in free-floating frequency space (cps), and so I can permit
the comma to wander as it wishes in extended just intonation &/or any
hybrid system (e.g., recursive iterations of the ratio of the golden
mean). This is where software synthesis has its strengths. So, enjoy
it and use it!
