Five.

None of them did. All five used ordinary acoustic instruments,
except perhaps the 31-tone organ, but that's hardly an exotic or
one-of-a-kind instrument.

The German B is "B flat", H is "B". It's already confusing.

Ok, I'll think about it. Some restrictions may be necessary.
In any case those ET's are:
5, 7, 12, 17, 19, 22, 26, 27, 29, 31, 32, 33, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43,
45, 46, 47, 49, 50 and 53.
