That wouldn't help me but it might work for some other MIDI gear. My sound
card (Turtle Beach Tropez+) supports the MIDI Tuning Dump standard but not
MIDI Real Time Single-Note Tuning Change.

I'll pass this on to Justonic. Maybe they can incorporate it into their
next release.
