I have a non-commercial concert recording of Lou Harrison's music with no
cover or date, and I am curious about a wonderful tune on it.

Is there a Harrison fan who can name a tune? It is for gamelan and
choir, and it begins with a baritone soloist's charming introduction
about Virgil's writing.

John Sankey and Johnny Reinhard have been working on this. They have
used this kind of technique to come up with a temperament optimized for
the sonatas of Scarlatti. Since they're both on the list, I'll let them
explain in more detail for themselves if they wish.

Oops; I meant John Sankey and Bill Sethares. Excuse the misattribution.
