SCALA applications on channels

Only if you use each channel monophonically. The tuning or pitch bend
effects each note on the MIDI channel equally.

The Roland Sound Canvas cards have 32 user programmable octave based scales,
but I don't know if these can be assigned individually to each MIDI
channel.
