Don't you want to bet that they had it narrowed down to 12tet taste?
or do you think she could discern more minute variations, with
extra-subtle flavors/tastes apparent with < 100 cent intervals?

That's probably all they tested for.

Maybe so, maybe not. There are reasons why this might be the case,
reasons why it might not, largely coming down to the sensory input
that was prevalent early in life when this woman's brain connections
formed. But it's all idle speculation unless you ask/test the woman
in question.
