Jan. 27, and 14/9 (that most depressing of intervals :-)? Maybe? Why Jan. 27? I'm curious.

I did find that an interesting article (on Australia), something I'd research, if I had time right now...

I seem to be getting ready to go on a (+/- suicidal?) crusade to 'stem the tide', or at least drown in it making a great feisty foam... and I get hopeful signs from the most unlikely places, sometimes, too.

I didn't want this to go unnoticed, so thanks for the posting. I don't
have anything to say about it, other than the fact that I'm starting
to lose hope. I really am. Somehow, more today than at any point in my
life, the world seems to be heading away from my values at an ever
increasing pace. The momentum and weight that are behind the other
agendas are seeming more and more insurmountable, the ignorance and
callousness of large masses growing deeper.

Like I said, I'm starting to lose hope.

Jon

supposedly jan 27 is the most depressing day of the year, perhaps we are
still under it's sphere of influence.

I remember a piece by Shostakovitch that actually pete and i played a similar titled piece later on. Music for people that have lost hope when the world has gone completely mad
