"free" trade

The big problem with "free trade" is that countries besides the US are NOT
free to protect and care for their own populations. they are forced to
not enact fair labor laws, they are forced to use all of their money for
debt repayment, as opposed to health care and education, they are forced
to not protect their native businnesses from foreign competition, so that
US and multinationals come in and put every mom and pop out of business,
and every family farmer, etc. etc. etc.

MEanwhile,
1) The US did not have to "grow up" under these condictions for the last
200 years.

2) It doesn't have to abide by the same rules that the 3rd World does,
even though it would be far more capable.
