I just read that magnesium has been shown to be crucial to proper heart
function and heart attack prevention. Studies have shown that intake of
regular magnesium supplements decreased hospital heart fatalities from 31% to
1% ! This is esp. crucial in American diets which are typically low in
magnesium.
