Downloading terrorism onto your computer (?)

This sounds rather like...well...e-war:

Now, any knowledgeable person must recognize that this
screensaver is indeed a DDOS. Which is to say, part of
a deliberate effort to generate a Distributed Denial
of Service attack. Which pretty nearly fits one of the
current definitions of "terrorism" according to the
USA Patriot Act.
And what, pray tell, shall a U.S. citizen tell the
federal marshals when they knock his door down with a
battering ram and haul him away for terrorism...?

All because of a screensaver. Crikey.

No matter how bad spam gets, I should think this sort
of DDOS application is simply not on. Rather a short
jump from Ukrainian mafiya gangsters shaking down
legimitate businesses with DDOS attacks

to a DDOS screensaver, what?

We in the international community really ought to do
something about spam if it's driving us to these
length, oughtn't we? If (as this article avers) most
spammers reside in Florida, perhaps we might lend you
chaps a few Harriers and some SAS and clean out Boca
Raton and environs for you:
