easy web-based political snail mail tool

Speaking of old-fashioned snail-mail, although I don't think e-mail is
entirely ineffective, it is probably a better bet to do snail-mail.
So I made this, a while ago, (and I think I announced it here, though it
was met with a deafeningly silent response):

(Believe it or not I programmed this low-level stuff in LISP. . . I'm kind
