Tone deaf

The Lucy Tuning page for the Wikipedia was edited by Lucy to say that
you would need to be "tone deaf" (yes, that phrase) to be unable to
distinguish a Lucy tuned fifth from a 3/10-comma fifth 1/99th of a
cent sharper. Anyone care to leap to his defense and tell me I am a
bully because I changed that, however temporarily?
