for a much better list than not adjusting it. If you can find one you

Great! I've been looking for such a thing for a long time.
Do you know how the inflation-adjustment was done? I prefer
portion of GDP. Actually, simply number of tickets sold
as a fraction of the population seems best, if anybody has
that information.

No, but like you I've wanted to know this, so I put up the results
even though they may not be perfect.

There's always number of tickets sold as a fraction of the total
number of tickets sold.

It's actually the tickets sold part that I'm not sure they
keep track of, even today.

i just found it really amusing that these two
happened to be right next to each other in popularity.
