Times last week, Mr. Nader can avoid risking this outcome if he will name the
same Electoral College electors as Mr. Kerry. Votes will register for Mr.
Nader, but they will apply to Mr. Kerry if Mr. Nader has insufficient votes
to win. It is a way Mr. Nader can, in this way, create a sort of Instant
Runoff Voting system by a clever use of the system.

If he will not do this, I cannot vote for him, in good conscience. For I do
not want to face the survivor of some family whose members were tortured and
killed by our forces a few years from now and say, yes, I could have stopped
it, but I was too selfish: I wanted the satisfaction of voting for the better
candidate, and that satisfaction was more important to me than the lives of
your children and your spouse. I cannot do that and call myself a progressive
or even an American. I cannot become the kind of ideologue who lets other
people die for my precious beliefs."

vote for the one party system or you are responsible.
i wasn't really going to vote for nader ( which i did the last two times) but
with this type of blackmail out, i can safely vote for him and don't have to
worry.
The argument that those that don't vote are also in turn putting bush in office
is just as valid

I never put that argument forth. I said that voting for Nader hurts Kerry. Not
voting doesn't hurt or help anyone, but it earns people no polite right to
bitch about government.

your are the fascist here. i am not trying to change your vote from Kerry!
It seems obvious that he was going to run two years ago when he announce his
involvement in a my lai type incident. that way it could n't be used later.
I am not going to pick on him about this cause i do not know the details. It is
a shame though we will not have a man in office that can turn over the ex
president to the Hague.
As far as definition of war criminal would be someone who does not abide by the
geneva convention.
Bush says it does not apply to him.
By definition this makes him a war criminal in allowing the treatment as it was
done and probably is still done
