is George W. Bush the worst "President" ever?

i know that this is totally a matter of opinion ...
but i'd just like to ask the others out there, who
may know American History better than me, if there
has ever been a worse President than George W. Bush.

... but i still have to use quotation marks when calling
him "President", because he wasn't elected or VP-successor
like all the others. i'll always think of him as our
Fuehrer.

Joe,

I simply to think of him as he thinks of others: he's an "evil-doer".

I have no idea how one can find stuff like the following, but you gotta check out a quote I saw him say in a video segment on the news tonight. Just after the 'war' started last year and they took those American soldiers prisoner, he sat there in the White House and said that the Iraqis who had captured them had better treat them well, and that if the captors didn't "they should be tried as war criminals".

Guess the shoe's on the other foot now.

It can be hard to tell until later, and even then it
can be hard. I've heard him compared to Jackson, who
I've always considered the worst president. Some
rather dislike Nixon.

Much worse than most people think maybe.
In addition to the links I posted earlier, read this:

It's a long article, but very thorough and worthwhile to read.

I liked the part about how the ISI pakistani general who sent Atta the
100,000 dollars was having breakfast with two characters that co chair that
inquity into 9/11 on 9/11.
