RFD rec.music.makers.tuning

Yahoo is unreliable and difficult to use. We certainly have enough
people to pass a Usenet tuning group if we wanted to--
humanities.music.tuning would be another possible name. Of course
sci.math.tuning might be more appropriate for some of it. :)

Usenet groups are easier to use than Yahoo, your postings are less
likely to dissapper into the bit bucket, and Google archives them for
us.
