That sounds fantastic. I've participated in group improvisation
onstage with as many as 9 people total -- at which point it requires
*extreme* attention to what's going on -- but never more than that.

I have made it up to i think 17 before. the trick is the 'score'. it has to
include setting the mind in proper state
