I recommend downloading the free software referenced in in the article on the
Dodecahedral universe by Luminet et al. in the latest issue of Nature--it's
free, it runs fine on my old PC, generates stunning pictures of various spaces,
and was used for the cover pic on that issue of Nature. Also, it can generate
anamorphic red-green pictures so if you have a pair of red-green or red-blue
glasses, you can navigate through the spaces in 3-D.
