mystery book

Was it somebody from one of the tuning lists who kindly sent me the
science fiction book _The Long Afternoon of Earth_ by Brian Aldiss?
It came from some city in Florida, and there was no message in it, so
I'm not really sure who to thank.

I believe the person who sent it knew that I was rereading _The Lord
of the Flies_ and sent it because of that, but there has been a lot
going on and I can't remember who said they were going to send this
book to me...
