OK, now that they've "discovered" that it costs the US taxpayers, 4
BILLION PER MONTH to finance the occupation in Iraq (according to the
NY Times), the Bush "Administration" suddenly wants financial
cooperation with the UN and other countries that it ignored.

Can one believe the ridiculous transparency of all this? (yes...)
