A Century of New Music in Vienna -- webpage update

hello all,

i've just spent the entire weekend making a massive update
to my already book-length webpage

i guess i have to make a statement about the increasing
tendency of this webpage to focus on other musical centers
besides Vienna. it was inevitable -- musical developments
in Vienna didn't happen in a vacuum, and Paris especially
was a real hotbed for artistic experimentation in the 1800s.

i had just recently included info on Chopin and Bartok,
and now i've put in a lot of new information about Beethoven,
Liszt, Wagner, Hugo Wolf, and Franz Schmidt, and also
about the years surrounding World War 1. and i've added
a ton of new photos and other images.
